Property owner pays boiler heat, water, sewer and trash. Tenant is responsible for the electricity. Phone, internet and cable are all tenant's optional choices. There is also shared laundry facilities on-site (coin-op). Building is smoke free and not animal friendly.

Security Deposit = equal to one month's rent

Application Fee = $40 per adult

Late Rent Fee = 8% of past due balance

NSF = $25
